Product Overview

Our ES Fiber 2D *5mm (Paper Grade) is a high-performance bi-component hot-melt staple fiber specially designed for paper making, nonwoven production, and sanitary material applications. Made from advanced PE/PE composite material, this fiber features a low melting point and excellent thermal bonding performance, making it an ideal reinforcing and bonding material for high-quality paper and nonwoven products.

With a precise specification of 2 denier fineness and 5mm length, the fiber is ultra-fine, uniform, and highly dispersible. It can be evenly distributed in both wet and dry paper-making processes without clumping or tangling, ensuring a smooth, uniform sheet structure and stable production efficiency.
